Welcome to our engaging workshops. We offer interactive sessions covering a range of topics, Growth mindset, effective communication, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) and resilience, stress management, and parenting. Our workshops are designed to help our participants gain insight to developing healthy relationships with practical skills for personal and professional growth. - Empowerment through practical skills - Self-esteem building - Stress management - Effective communication strategies - Growth mindset - Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) and Resilience - Parenting - Barrier breaker to bridge builder The time duration of workshops is based on client request.
Cancellation Policy
We request that you make our coaching sessions a priority. In the event that you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Likewise, if we may also need to reschedule a session on occasion. We will give you as much notice as possible and try to make rescheduling as convenient as possible. We appreciate your commitment to partnering with Breaking Down Barriers A.S.A.P. Coaching & Consulting, LLC. Please note that all deposits and service payments are non-refundable. However, a credit equal to the amount paid for any canceled service may be applied toward another service offered by BDBASAP, redeemable within one year of the cancellation date. All services are non-transferable and must be used by the individual, group, or organization named in the original contract.
